RollSure is servicing plan offered to customers that have had a door installed by, Chelmsford Technical Solutions Limited.
- Term / Duration: RollSure is a monthly rolling contract. It can be ended by either party at any time.
2. Scope of work: Once 12 subscription payments have been made, the customer will be entitled to a service on their roller door. This will be booked for a mutually convenient time.
3. Payment terms: RollSure payments are made monthly by direct debit. In the event that RollSure is cancelled, previously made subscription payments will not be refunded. Failure to make a payment may result in the subscription being terminated.
